Ingredients

[Chocolate flavour]: concentrated whey protein emulsifier (soya lecithin), oat flakes, skimmed milk powder, inulin, low-fat cocoa powder, chocolate flavouring, thickener (xanthan gum), sweetener (sucralose) .

How to use

With boiling water: pour 2 scoops (60g) into a bowl, add 100-200ml of boiling water based on the consistency you prefer. Mix and let rest for 1-2 minutes.

With microwave: pour 2 scoops (60g) into a microwave-safe bowl. Add 100-200ml of water based on your preferred consistency, mix and heat for 40 seconds at maximum power. Remove from microwave, mix and enjoy!
