Payments in execution of the purchase contract can be made by credit card or PayPal . The Customer is required to choose, at the time of conclusion of the Purchase Contract, the chosen payment method.

Payment by credit card

Choose Credit Card as your payment method and pay with all cards that have the Visa, MasterCard and Maestro logo.
In order to protect the customer's safety to the maximum degree, Nutrilife srl never becomes aware of the credit card number, which is received only by the banking institutions that must provide the authorization. Nutrilife srl is only informed of the outcome of the transaction

Payment with Paypal

You can choose PayPal as the payment type in your cart. By clicking on SEND YOUR ORDER, after confirming your order details, the PayPal login page will open to access your account and complete the payment. If you don't yet have a PayPal account, you can create one from the PayPal login page before completing the order.

Shipments to Italy

Shipments throughout Italy within 24/48 hours of receiving the order, using an express courier. Shipments are made throughout Italy within 24/48 hours of receiving the Purchase Order, via express courier. Orders received are generally shipped by the next business day. Deliveries take place every day, excluding weekends and holidays, via land transport within the purely indicative terms contained in the order confirmation receipt, within 24/48 hours following the shipping date. However, delivery terms are not binding and any delay does not entitle the Buyer to request any compensation for damages. The Buyer is required to promptly notify the Seller of any delays in the delivery of the Products.

Upon arrival, the courier requires the presence of a person to receive the package and a signature for delivery. If the person is different from the customer whose name appears in the delivery address, the latter is responsible for the package and any associated costs. The courier's delivery times are approximately from 8.30 to 18.00 and it is necessary to be available during these times as it is not possible to choose a fixed delivery time. It may happen that delivery is delayed due to force majeure such as strikes, snow or blockades, Nutrilife srl does not assume responsibility for such delays if they occur after the package has left.

Before signing the courier receipt, it is a good idea to carefully check the package packaging and if it appears damaged, write "damaged" or "subject to inspection" next to the signature. If the goods have also suffered damage, please inform us within 24 hours of receipt and we will collect and replace the damaged items within the deadlines for a new delivery.
Complaints CANNOT be accepted if only the signature appears on the delivery note without any other indications.

If the courier cannot find anyone at the delivery address, he leaves a message with instructions so you can contact his company directly. If the package is returned to us because there has been no contact from you, you will be charged the relevant transport costs.

Shipping costs are free for orders over €34.90; for orders under €35.00 the shipping costs will be €5.90 and will be charged to the Buyer on the invoice.

Shipments abroad

Shipments are made within 24/48 hours of receiving the Order, using an express courier. For all orders, shipping costs will be €12.00 and will be charged to the Buyer on the invoice.

For orders involving multiple packages and weighing more than 20 kg, the Buyer is required to contact Customer Service to find out the shipping methods and costs. Shipments to non-EEC countries are subject to additional costs such as customs duties which are entirely borne by the Buyer.
