Except as otherwise established in these General Conditions of Sale, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Purchase Order, without having to provide reasons, within 14 days of the conclusion of the purchase contract for Products not supplied on a material support (e.g. CD or DVD), or upon receipt of the ordered Product.
The notice of withdrawal must be sent, no later than the aforementioned deadline, to the Seller via email to the address: info@mynatoo.com . The e-mail must specify the items you intend to return and the type of compensation desired: size change, credit to your account or refund. Once the return request has been received, the Seller will send the Buyer a written confirmation via email, containing the return number. The Buyer can then proceed with sending the returned Product to the following address: Nutrilife srl, via Persicetana Vecchia, 18 - 40132 Bologna (BO), Italy, no later than 14 days from the day on which the withdrawal was communicated. The cost of returned shipping will be borne by the Buyer. The re-sending of the changed product, as per the Buyer's instructions, will be the responsibility of the Seller.
Effects of the right of withdrawal and refunds
Once the returned Product has been received, the Seller will proceed with the refund to the Buyer within approximately 10 days from the date of receipt. Orders paid with Paypal will be refunded to the original account.
Conditions for exercising the right of return
The Buyer is required to try the Products without removing the tags and seals, as items cannot be returned if they are not in the same condition in which they were sent and inside the original packaging.
The Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in the following cases:
- if the product has been ordered expressly for the Buyer and/or has been tailor-made and/or personalized;
- if the product is declared open;
- in the case of sealed food products, after their opening;
- if the product has been worn and/or washed;
- if the product is declared unopened in the online form when in reality it is;
- if the product is not complete;
- if the product is likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- if the product, once opened, is by its nature mixed inseparably with other goods;
- in the case of newspapers, periodicals or magazines , audiovisual products or computer software;
- if the Product, sealed, opened after delivery, is not suitable for return for hygienic reasons or reasons related to health protection .
The original box containing accessories, footwear and/or supplements is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the Product; therefore, it must not show signs of damage, under penalty of failure to authorize the return. The boxes cannot be used by the Buyer as packaging for return shipping .
