Ingredients
- 70 g low-fat yogurt
- 70 g low-fat ricotta
- 1 egg
- 50 g egg white
- 50 g Natoo oatmeal neutral flavour
- 1 tablespoon hemp flour
- 4 g dry yeast
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
- Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Most of the time, when we want a protein snack, we prefer to go for something sweet. However, it is possible to prepare a tasty savory snack in a simple and quick way, which will not make you miss something sweet in any way. The savory plumcake is really simple to make, it is delicious and has a truly excellent nutritional profile. Let's get to work right away!
Combine all the ingredients except the tomato paste and hemp flour and mix everything well until you obtain a smooth mixture. Divide the dough into 3 parts and add the tomato paste to one part, the hemp flour to the second and a spoonful of egg white to the third. Mix each part separately in order to make the respective mixtures homogeneous and then pour them one by one into the mold which you will have previously greased lightly with a thin layer of Natoo Coconut Oil . Do not mix the three types of dough together, because in this way the savory plumcake will have the characteristic grains of three different types of dough. If you want to decorate the surface you can use sesame or poppy seeds which will give it a further personal touch.
Cook in a static oven preheated to 180 degrees and after about 25 minutes your savory plumcake will be ready. We advise you to resist and let it cool before tasting it!
