Ingredients

  • 250 g flour mix (150 g type 2 flour + 50 g wholemeal flour + 50 g Natoo pizza flavor oat flour )
  • 130ml water
  • 30 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 10 g instant yeast for savory cakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (only if you don't use flavored flour)
  • 100 ml tomato puree
  • 1 light mozzarella
  • Origan

Preparation:

Making pizza at home is a habit that many of us have and here we see a tasty variant to prepare quickly and easily, as with all our recipes. The Pizza Muffins do not need leavening and will therefore be ready in a flash. They are a real delicacy, which will give flavor to your aperitifs, snacks and savory snacks.

Can you already smell the smell of pizza throughout the house? So let's get to work immediately and prepare the pizza muffins without delaying any further!

Before preparing the dough, cut the mozzarella into cubes, put a weight on it (even a plate is fine) and let it drain. Let's prepare the dough: pour the flour into a large bowl and, little by little, add the water, oil, salt and yeast, mixing well. Continue mixing and kneading for a few minutes, until you obtain a homogeneous dough of the right consistency.

Divide the dough into 6 equal parts, shape into balls and crush them trying to give them a round shape. Place the tomato puree in the center (seasoned with oregano and a pinch of salt) and the well-squeezed light mozzarella cubes. Close everything well to form a little bag that will have the filling in the center of the dough. Arrange in muffin molds (both paper ones that you have lightly greased and silicone ones are fine). Brush the surface with a little tomato and oregano and your pizza muffins are ready to bake.

Pre-heat the static oven to 180° and cook for about 20 minutes. The smell of pizza that will invade the house will make your mouth water...
