Taste and texture

Fragrant, with a delicate, slightly nutty and creamy flavour. With a light sweet aftertaste. The smell is rich and aromatic, and recalls the sweet, slightly floral and tropical taste.

The consistency varies depending on the temperature. Between 15° and 20° C it appears in its solid form, while from 24° C it becomes liquid and oily.
