Oat and blueberry cupcakes are the perfect way to start your day or as a snack or dessert. They are really very easy to prepare, let's get to work straight away.
Here's how to do it:
Whip the egg with the erythritol or sugar, slowly add the yogurt, then the flours with the salt and the yeast. Pour into molds and add the blueberries on top in the quantity you prefer. Cook in the static oven at 170° for 12-15 minutes and once baked, let them cool before enjoying them.
