  • 150 ml of egg white
  • 15 g cocoa
  • Half a banana
  • 12 g potato starch

Let's see how to prepare it right away. Heat the milk in a saucepan or in the microwave, without bringing it to the boil. In the meantime, put the cocoa, egg white and starch in a bowl and mix well. Slowly pour in the milk, mixing well, making sure no lumps form. Put it back on the heat, keeping the heat low and stirring until you obtain a homogeneous and creamy mixture. Leave to cool and pour into a container (the glass jar makes the presentation a little more trendy…).

It's time to decorate our cocoa and salted caramel pudding! Mix the whey protein with the Greek yogurt in a bowl until it forms a smooth cream. Cut the banana into slices and place them on top of the pudding to form a first layer and then complete with the yogurt and whey protein cream.
