ʙᴀᴋᴇᴅ ᴏᴀᴛs ғɪᴛ ᴀʟ ᴘɪsᴛᴀᴄᴄʜɪᴏ 🥣
▫️20 gr Instant Oats Pistachio
▫️10 g oat flakes
▫️120 g low-fat white yogurt
▫️30 ml water
▫️30 ml milk (or vegetable drink)
▫️10 g Peanut Butter Crunchy 100%
▫️10 gr Pistachio Protein Cream
▫️pistachio grains to taste
Procedure: pour instant oats, oat flakes, yogurt, water, milk into an oven-safe bowl and mix. Decorate with sprinkles and cook in the oven or air fryer. 160° for 18 minutes. Once baked, add pistachio cream and peanut butter. Your healthy and complete breakfast is ready! 🥰
